2. Services

Minasera Transfer Tekstil provides custom clothing manufacturing, leather goods production, and textile embellishment services. All services are B2B (business-to-business) focused.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and images on this website are the property of Minasera Transfer Tekstil and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Orders & Payment

The following conditions apply to orders:

• Prices are quoted excluding VAT and confirmed at the time of order
• Minimum order quantities vary by service type
• Lead times depend on order size and complexity
• A deposit may be required for custom designs

5. Design Changes During Production

Design modifications requested after sample approval may affect pricing and lead times. The following policies apply:

• Minor adjustments (color, trim changes) can be accommodated before bulk cutting begins at no additional cost
• Major design changes after production has started may require a new sample round and revised quotation
• Changes to fabric type, construction, or embellishment technique after material procurement may incur additional sourcing costs

6. Quality & Warranty

All production is carried out to match the approved pre-production sample. We guarantee:

• Production output will match the approved sample in materials, construction, and finish
• Quality control follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 international standards
• Defective items identified within 30 days of delivery will be replaced or reproduced at our cost
• Claims for defects must be accompanied by photographic evidence and detailed description

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client designs, tech packs, brand information, and business details as strictly confidential. Your intellectual property remains your property at all times. We do not share client designs with third parties or use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your production order. Portfolio images are published only with explicit client consent.

8. Payment Terms

• Sample costs are quoted separately and payable before sample production begins
• Bulk orders require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining balance before shipment
• Payment methods: bank transfer (TT/wire transfer). Payment currency agreed per order
• All prices are quoted excluding VAT, customs duties, and shipping costs unless stated otherwise

9. Production Delays & Force Majeure

We commit to delivering within agreed timelines. However:

• Delays caused by client-requested changes, late sample approvals, or delayed material supply by the client will extend the delivery timeline accordingly
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, strikes, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control
• In case of foreseeable delays, we will notify the client promptly and propose revised timelines

10. Limitation of Liability

The information on this website is for general informational purposes. For exact pricing and technical specifications, please contact us directly. We are not liable for any errors on this website.

11. Returns & Cancellations

Returns are not accepted for custom-manufactured products. In case of production defects, we will reproduce the order. Order cancellations must be made before production begins.

12. Changes

These terms of use may be changed without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for current terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Izmir.
